Even though we haven't had the chance to work together yet. our communication have been pleasant recently. we believed that you are satisfied with the sample testing conducted by our company.

You will have better understanding of our R&D, quality control, and factory production when you visit our factory. At the same time, we can open to talk any concerns or questions you may have directly.

We have been updating our company about your progress. And all of us are excited about the prospect of collaborating with you. Our senior manager is aware of your company's situation since we have weekly reports.

It will be very appreciated if you can tell us your schedule, then we will book a hotel for you.

Glad to hear that you will come to xxx exhibition next month in July. And how long will you stay in China this time? we can help you to make an arrangements in advance. Please remember that we are not only partnership, but also good friends. Please be sure to tell me if you need anyhelp/anything.

This time you can come to our company for better communication about our recent sales and product strategy, we have developed some products that are perfect for your market too, because they are still in the internal development stage, we won't bring them to the exhibition this time, but we will ask my R&D team to show you our latest progress and its selling points when you come to our company. This one will definitelly be a hit to the market.

Hope can have more cooperation with your company, we treat you as our VIP customer. sincerely hope can have chance to meet you in our company for deep discussion face to face this time. Please stay a few more days during this trip to China in additionally, then we can take you on a tour of our city.

对于特别重要的客户,比如体量很大,而且又是老客户的话。争取免费给客户订酒店,争取几天与客户独处的时间,带客户吃好吃的,玩好玩的,可以通过以下内容表达你的热情和重视。

Just tell us how many people and how many rooms you will need. and we will choose a very nice hotel that is not far from our company. How about arranging a room on a high floor? Then you can have a nice view of Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

记得之前一个师姐,她一个老客户,每年给她几百万,在知道客户要来中国的具体时间,就提前预定了各种游玩项目,谈完具体工作后,客户在中国的一个多星期,每天都带客户去体验不一样的项目,让客户有宾至如归的感觉。客户对她印象深刻,回去后又续购了一年的订单,而且今年还邀请她和家人去当地游玩,像贵宾一样接待了她。

有些客户需要倒时差,或者是因为来中国要见的供应商太多而忽略你,这个时候你就要提起精神,与客户保持密切沟通,以下英语可能是需要用到的。

As we agreed last week, you will visit our company tomorrow at 10 am. and our director would like to pick you up, we will be at your hotel lobby around 45, is that ok?

You may have been too busy yesterday afternoon to reply my messages, but we are sure you haven't forgotten our appointment to come to our company, although it was suppposed to be yesterday. But it's understandable, you must be very busy coming to China. Why don't we pick you up at your hotel at 9:30 tomorrow morning, ok?

大家会发现,以上邮件和英语,比较突出的点就是,你这次过来一定要到我们公司看看,因为我们为您特别准备了一些东西,让客户感觉与众不同了,或者是让他感觉如果不来就会吃亏,像错过了几个亿。还有就是要让客户感觉到你的重视和作为东道主的热情。
