邮件正文: 

Dear Amazon,

As a seller on Amazon, we suggest that Amazon should not allow the customer who does not buy the product to leave a review on the product page. Amazon should have a regulation to prevent the non-VP fake reviews.

Recently, many one-star malicious fake reviews appear on our listing, which made us suffer a great loss and the number of fake reviews is still increasing.

These fake reviews are not written by verified purchase customers and what they are saying is totally wrong so will seriously mislead other customers on Amazon.

It really hurt us a lot, although we have submitted cases to Seller support, it still needs time to investigate. (still not be removed after one week)

If leaving a non-VP review is that easy, there will be more and more malicious fake review left by some malicious competitors, which will cause many losses to the other Sellers of fair competition. As a victim, we will have no confidence about Amazon and more and more sellers will leave Amazon because we can not prevent the fake malicious non- VP reviews unless Amazon takes action.

All in all, please do not allow the non-verified purchase customers to left reviews on the listing.
